We are a CNC machining manufacturer.
Our focus is on precision turning and turn-mill machining for overseas customers.

How many machines do you operate?

Our manufacturing setup includes 8 CNC turning machines and 3 turn-mill machines, allowing us to handle custom parts and small to medium batch production efficiently. We plan to add 3 more milling-turning machines in 2027.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no fixed MOQ.

We support prototype, trial orders, and small to medium batch production, typically ranging from 1 piece to 5,000 pieces.

MOQ depends on part design, material, and machining complexity.

What file formats do you accept for quotations?

We accept:

• PDF (for dimension reference)

• STEP / STP (preferred for engineering evaluation)

Providing 3D files helps us offer faster and more accurate quotations.

How long does it take to receive a quotation?

Normally, quotations are provided within 12–24 hours after receiving complete drawings and specifications.

Complex parts may require additional engineering review.

What tolerances can you achieve?

• tandard tolerance: ±0.05 mm

• High precision features: up to ±0.01 mm

• Typical surface roughness: Ra 1.6 – 3.2 μm

Tight tolerances are evaluated by our engineers before quotation to ensure manufacturability and consistency.
